Hi friends,

Thanks for a great session tonight - special kudos to Lucinda and Tasha for taking initiative and facilitating the conversation around community agreements with so much grace and creativity!

At tonight's session we started building a "constellation of change", and I was tasked with keeping the process moving.  It will be an interesting and useful resource to ground future discussions, and I'm looking forward to building it together!

I've posted photos of tonight's notes here on the facebook group.  The next step is to find a suitable tool for digitizing this info in a logical, beautiful and shareable way.  Suggestions?  (Shae - I forget the name of the tool you mentioned and others may want to chime in too).

I'd like to choose a tool and have everything digitized by next Monday's session, when we can check in on where we take it from there.

Please let me know by Wednesday if you have suggestions for which tool to use, and if you are available/interested to help enter the notes from tonight.

If you weren't there tonight and don't have a clue what I'm talking about shoot me an email or give me a call (604-441-6916) and I'll fill you in.

G'night!
Jolan

p.s. Erika - I see you're not on the facebook group yet.  If you friend me on facebook I'll add you so you can see the notes.

Thanks for being so on the ball, Jolan! And thanks again to Lucinda and Tasha for last night too.

The tool I was talking about is at MindMeister.com. It's free, easy to use, and you can create shared/public maps and edit things altogether. We use it as OpenMedia for our organizational chart and other HR stuff.

When you sign up, you get an unlimited number of maps for free/month I think, then from there on, with an unpaid account, you can have 3 maps active. So it might work for our group. I will invite you to sign up Jolan, and also you Jen since you expressed interest for Leadnow. Let me know if you have questions and I can help add stuff in a few days (Sun-Monday is best).

Hope this works for us. Thanks again all.

- Shea

Yeah - nice work Jolan.

I don't have any tools to offer, I would be keen to help you organize and enter the data though. I find this mapping stuff pretty fascinating. Like a big ol puzzle.

What would be the most helpful way to chip in.

Scott
