I just wanted to send a quick message saying that going through yesterday's discussion made me realize how important it was for us to do that (which at times, I may have questioned if we needed to at all

). So thank you and bravo, for moving us forward together into new territory of thinking, space of safety and group dynamic.

I want to pipe in with my gratitude and optimism as well. I feel a deeper sense of buy in from myself, and get the sense that tehre are a few others on the same page.

I am also starting to understand how much work it takes to keep us in a place of safety and openess - and i am really looking forward to our 30min at the end of each session to break thing down a bit.
