Since the role is around developing programming, I think whatever topic you choose to teach, it might be good to think of different ways to engage the "learners" (interviewers). Some suggestions I would have is think of an activity that could be part of your "teaching" where the interviewers are participating in whatever they're learning. This could be anything from brainstorming with post-its where they write ideas/questions down, or using visuals or "games" to help illustrate a point.
An example that comes to mind is when Bambi Tait did the de-colonization workshop with us, and had a list of historic events related to federal policy towards Indigenous people that we had to put in a timeline ourselves, that we went over together after. Or when she read out rules of the Indian Act and we had to guess if they were true or not, to illustrate how arbitrary and absurd the Act was.
