Hope's Door New Beginning Center is moving!!!! *Important dates and info*

Hello!  As a valued community party, we are writing to let you know some exciting news!  We are thrilled to announce that Hope's Door New Beginning Center will have a new home for Collin County services!!!   

This transition marks a pivotal moment in our mission to provide care, advocacy, and resources to those who need us most. Our new space will combine our client services with our resale location to create the Hope's Door New Beginning Center Community Hub, a vibrant one-stop-shop for holistic support and empowerment.

Why this move?

1. Meeting the Needs of Survivors: The voices of survivors have always guided our work. By expanding our services in one central location, we can more effectively meet the complex and diverse needs of those we serve.
2. Adapting to the Changing Landscape of Advocacy: The world is evolving, and so are we. The new HDNBC Community Hub allows us to lean into innovative approaches that provide wraparound support to our clients.
3. Becoming a Bigger Part of the Community: We are committed to being a hub of hope, healing, and connection. By integrating our services, we are creating a space where everyone can feel supported and find the tools they need to thrive.

What to Expect:
At the HDNBC Community Hub, clients will have access to comprehensive services in one welcoming location. Whether seeking support, shopping at our resale store, or engaging with community resources, we’re here to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

Our Garland Outreach location is not changing, so clients may still access our services there at: 218 N. 10th St. Garland, TX. 75040.  Our hotline and main number are NOT changing.  We are vacating our current location at 860 F Ave #100, Plano, Texas 75074 by 12/20/2024; however, our new location will not be ready until 2/01/2025.  

In the meantime, we have set up in-person services at our current resale store located at: 2129 Parker Rd. #300, Plano, Texas 75023. If you need to refer someone, please call the hotline at 972-276-0057 or our main number via 972-422-2911 first.  We can accept crisis walk-ins, and appointments for case management and legal advocacy; however, For counseling services, we have set up a mobile location near the resale store, available by appointment only.  

Stay tuned for more updates, including our grand opening date and how you can get involved in this exciting new chapter. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected community.
