September Walk

We have a walk scheduled on September 15 th in Salem, Virginia.  This walk is limited to 12 people due to the acquisition of a permit for the walk. Please use Meetup to register for the event.  Also, please cancel an RSVP early in order to free up spots to attend the event.

Hi all, does anyone know if there are any kind of mushrooms that help with orthopedic pain?  I take pain medication for bad discs in my lower back and would prefer alternatives (due to the side effects) if such exist.  Feel free to email me at RSLMU...@GMAIL.COM or text or call at 540-206-5004.   I'm so tired of being half-alive on these awful meds.
