Swallow-tailed Kite?

We are hawk watching at the East River Mt Overlook between Rocky Gap, VA and Bluefield, WV.

At 12:45 we saw a swallow-tailed kite in with some broad-winged hawks & turkey vultures.

It crossed the mountain from the VA side to the WV side.

We last saw it at 1:00.

Have you had any reports of the bird, please?

Thanks Jim.  Great find!  I haven't heard of any other Swallow-tailed Kites,; just Mississippi Kite(s).  Mostly, I watch the data for Montgomery, Giles and Pulaski Counties, and Radford city.
