Did you work or volunteer to provide disaster mental health support
services at GZ for 9-11-01 attacks in NYC? Find out if you are
eligible for the WTC Health Program. 1-888-982-4748 www.cdc.gov/wtc/

Responders (including mental health and substance abuse workers and
volunteers) who were deployed from across the nation and worked in
Lower Manhattan (south of Canal Street), Ground Zero, Staten Island
Landfill, NYC Chief Medical Examiner's office and the barge loading
piers may be eligible for free WTC Health Program benefits. If you are
determined to be eligible, there are multiple clinic locations to
serve you and there are locations outside of the NYC metro area for
national responders.

Approximately 50% of all disaster mental health responders over the
past decade are social workers. If you are or know someone who may be
eligible for WTC Health Program services, please encourage them to
call 1-888-982-4748 or visit www.cdc.gov/wtc/
