Simple Robbery, 400 block of Bourbon

On Tuesday, July 27 2010, at 1:13am, the victim, 22 y/o W/M, was
standing in the 400 block of Bourbon when he was approached by an
unknown black male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone from
his hand then fled on foot on Bourbon to Conti, turning toward N
Rampart.
Responding Officers apprehended the suspect, Justin Lewis, B/M,
11-14-91. Additional information on this arrest and/or any subsequent
