On Saturday, August 7, 2010, at 10:38pm, the victim, 21 y/o W/F, was
walking near Bourbon & St Louis when she was approached by two unknown
black males. One suspect grabbed the victim’s purse from her grasp.
The suspects then fled on foot on St Louis, turning on Dauphine toward
Canal, then unknown.
The suspects are described as (1) a black male, 16-18 y/o, 6’00”,
140lbs, medium dreads, wearing bright orange shirt, and (2) a black
male, 13-15 y/o, 120lbs, short hair.
