On 02-17-10 at 12pm, victim was involved in an altercation with the
arrested subject. Victim entered her vehicle at which time the a/s
fired a handgun at the vehicle, striking the vehicle which the vicitm
and her children were inside of.

Officers responded and arrested Toni Strong b/f 04-22-85, and chared
