ON 02-20-10 at 3pm, victims were on the sidewalk working on a vehicle
when a Gold Nissan Maxima passed by and stopped. The passenger, unk b/
m subject, then began to shoot at the victims. Victims began to run
off when the vehcile backed up and the subject continued to fire at
them.
