On 11-24-09 at 830pm, victim was in his driveway when he was
approached by the wanted subject who was armed with a black semi-auto
handgun. Subject made a statement to "give it up", at which time the
victim ran down the street and jumped into a nearby yard.
WANTED SUBJECT: b/m 6'00", medium build, dark complexion, black
hoodie jacket, dark pants
