Armed Robbery - 4900 Blk of Howard Ave

On Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at approximately 9:58pm Sixth District
officers responded to an armed robbery in the 4900 Howard Ave.

The Victim of the robbery stated she pulled into her driveway and
walked up the steps to her residence, at which time two unknown black
males approached her from behind. One of the subjects produced a
silver semi automatic hand gun, pointed it at her and told her "Just
drop it!" The victim dropped her purse and the other subject grabbed
it. Both suspects ran to a light colored Honda CRV that was parked on
Howard Avenue
facing a downtown direction. The subjects then fled the scene in the
CRV.

Both subjects are described as being in their early 20’s, 6’0”, medium
complexion, medium length dread locks, clad in all dark loose fitting
clothing, possibly wearing basketball style shorts.
