On July 13, 2010, at 1245am, members of the Sixth District responded
to a simple robbery at the location of Coliseum and Polymnia St.

The victim stated he was playing video poker at the Avenue Pub, 1732
St. Charles Ave,
At which time three unknown females approached him, one of which
patted his pockets for money. The victim asked the female to stop and
leave him alone. The victim, feeling uncomfortable, reported the
incident to the staff and left the bar on his bicycle. As the victim
reached the intersection of Coliseum at Polymnia St, he was approached
by the same group of females who were all riding in a white Cadillac
Escalade. The females jumped out the vehicle and attacked the victim.
During the altercation, one of the females reached into the victims
pocket and removed $170 cash. The females retreated back into their
vehicle and fled the scene. The victim was able to get the license
plate of the Escalade, and notified police.

Investigating detectives asked NOPD dispatchers to broadcast the
vehicle description and license plate of the Escalade to all police
districts. Officers in the Eighth District observed the vehicle in
the 500 block of Decatur and executed a traffic stop on the vehicle.
The victim identified the occupants as the subjects who committed this
robbery. The following subjects were arrested:

Felicia Charles, Black Female, date of birth 12/31/75
Tatanisha Degruy, Black Female, date of birth 11/2/72
Candice Bowie, Black Female, date of birth 12/8/87
