Aggravated Assault 8-14-10

On Saturday, august 14, 2010 at about 4:00am, while in at the location
of N. Derbigny and Gallier, the victim and the
arrested subject were engaged in a verbal argument. The argument
escalated into a physical altercation. The arrested subject
retrieved
a rifle and fired several shots at the victim. The subject was
arrested later in the day.

Kent Anderson, b/m 9-28-1977
