On Tuesday, august 10, 2010 at about 4:15am, the victim was in the
1100 block of Franklin. The wanted subject shot the victim and fled
the scene. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.
No further information available at this time.

Ford pick-up truck, black in color
Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
