Aggravated Assault 8-9-10

On Monday, August 9, 2010 at about 2:27pm, the victim was at the gas
station on Almonaster and Louisa. While attempting to pull in the gas
station located at Almonaster and Louisa, a subject in a blue pick-up
truck almost struck her vehicle. The victim and the wanted subject
exchanged words once she advised him that he almost struck her
vehicle. During the course the incident the wanted subject entered the
gas station to purchase gas. The wanted subject exited the station.
The subject then entered the vehicle and produced a black handgun an
stated “you keep playing with me I’m going to lay you down”
The victim was able to give a partial license plate of 39909 which was
a Louisiana plate.
