On Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at about 8:05am, officers responded to a
shooting in the 3500 block of Royal St. Upon arrival at the location,
officers observed the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS was
summoned to the scene. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
Homicide Detectives are actively investigating this case.
