On Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at about 9:26am the victim stated he and
the arrested subject were at his home in the 3000 block of Bruxelles.
The victim stated the arrested subject became upset concerning a text
message on his cell phone. The victim said the arrested subject
attempted several times to stab him with a knife.
Arrested:
Whitney Berry b/f 2-8-1988
Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
