On Sunday, November 22, 2009 at or about 8:45pm the victim, was
attending a block party inside Saint Roch Park. The victim stated he
was standing on Saint Roch Avenue near N. Roman Street when he heard
two or three gunshots. The victim stated he fled on foot towards N.
Miro Street. Once there he realized he was shot. The victim stated
that he didn’t see who was shooting, so he doesn’t know who shot him.
Wanted:
Unknown
Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
