Aggravated Battery by cutting 11-01-09

On Sunday, November 1, 2009, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the victim,
her sister, and her friend were visiting several night clubs in the
French Quarter. During that time, she gave her sister some currency to
hold. As the victim’s friend drove them back to the residence located
at 2300 N. Broad Street the victim asked her sister for her currency.
The victim’s sister replied, “No!” While inside the vehicle, the
victim made an attempt to retrieve her currency from her sister. At
that time, an argument started that shortly led to a physical
altercation inside the vehicle. The victim and her sister exited the
parked vehicle and continued the physical altercation. Shortly
thereafter, the victim realized that she sustained an approximately
two inch stab wound to her left upper arm. At that time, the victim
advised her friend to notify the police.
