On Monday, November 23, 2009 at about 7:20am, while in the 1500 block
of Lesseps St., the victim and the arrested subject were engaged in
argument. The argument escalated and the arrested subject struck the
victim with a hammer.
Arrested:
Frank Haynes b/m 5-8-1977
Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
