Upon arrival the detective met with the victim who stated the
following: The victim was walking from a neighbor hood corner store en-
route back to school. While in the 1800 block of Hope street the
victim was asked by an unknown black male did he have change for
$10.00, the victim replied “no all I have is a twenty”. The victim
continued walking eastbound on Hope street when the subject began
jogging behind him. The victim looked back at which time the subject
grabbed him and placed him in a choke hold and removed his (the
victim’s) wallet from his rear right back pocket. The subject removed
the twenty dollars from the victim’s wallet. The subject then stated
“you better not tell no one or I’m coming after you”. The victim asked
for his wallet back, at which time the subject threw it to the
ground.

Wanted: The suspect is described as a black male about 5’9”-5’-11”
medium build light complexion, wearing a black long sleeve thermal
shirt, blue jeans, light brown nit cap.
