Aggravated Assault 11-16-09

The victim stated on Monday, November 16, 2009 at or about 11:00am he
was working under the house located at 1838 Desire Street. During such
time the generator he was using was powered and resting in the alley
beside the house. The victim stated when the sound of the generator
lowered he turned and noticed the generator was gone. He relocated
from underneath the house to observe two unknown black males loading
the generator into the trunk of a dark green Honda Accord. As he
approached the vehicle, the front seat passenger who was standing
outside of the vehicle, turned to face him and produced a small
handgun from his waistband. The unknown black male subject then
pointed the gun in the direction of the victim. The victim then took
cover behind a neighboring porch column. The vehicle, which was
occupied by three unknown black males, fled south (river bound) on
Desire Street and then unknown.

Wanted:

#1 Unk bm, dark brown complexion, approximately 20 yrs old, clean
shaven, shoulder length dreadlock hair style

#2 Unk bm

#3 Unk bm

The victim stated that he did not get a good look at the other two
subjects.

Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
