aggravated battery 2900 block of Sandra

On September 30, 2010 at approximately 2058hrs, officers responded to
an aggravated battery at 2910 Sandra. Upon arrival, officers observed
a large crowd surrounding two victims. Officers also observed two
subjects standing at the location holding apparent weapons. One was
holding a 2x4 and the other was holding a small piece of crowbar.
Officers learned the victims and subjects were involved in a physical
altercation, at which time the subjects armed themselves with the
aformentioned weapons and began striking them, causing lacerations
about the head and body.

Subjects Arestides Rivera Hispanic male 04/07/93 and Aristides Rivera
H/M 08/08/89 were arrested in the incident
