to NOPD 4th District Email Blast
On 10/02 at 0000hrs, victim and subject became involved in a verbal
altercation in the 7000 block of Gen Meyer. During the altercation,
the subject picked up a glass bottle and struck the victim on the left
side of her face, causing lacerations.
Subject Ashley Owens Black female 07/21/79 was arrested and booked
accordingly.
