aggravated assault 3600 block of Garden Oaks

On 10/11 at 2200hrs, Victim and her live in boyfriend, were involved
in a verbal altercation, at which time the subject began striking the
victim with a closed fist. Subject then grabbed a 20 gauge Winchester
shotgun and pointed it at the victim and her two friends. The three
escaped from the residence, at which time the subject grabbed victim#1
(his girlfriend) and pulled her back inside the residence, at which
time she was able to get loose from his grasp. Victim immediately
notified police. Responding officers were able to apprehend the
subject without incident, at which time they relocated to the victim's
residence. Subject was positively identified and the shotgun was
safely secured in the officers trunk and transported to Central
Evidence and Property.

Subject, Dwayne Lee black male 03/27/91 was arrested and booked
accordingly for three counts of aggravated assault, domestic battery
and possession of marijuana.
