Aggravated battery 1200 block of L.B.Landry

On 08/29 at 0030hrs, officers responded to gunshots at the above
location. Upon arrival, officers discovered four spent casings.
Officers were then notified that a victim arrived at Tulane Hospital
with a gun shot wound to the chest. All persons interviewed were
uncooperative and accounts of the incident were conflicting.
