District COMSTAT meeting time change

Next week's district comstat meeting needs to be changed. Lt.'s
Montalbano, Laporte and Captain Albert have an important meeting on
Wednesday at 1pm, which is supposed to be our normal meeting day. For
next weeks comstat we are holding the meeting Thursday, 11:00am at
Touro in the EOC room on the second floor.
