Simple Robbery in the 4500 Block of South Claiborne Avenue

On Thursday, July 15, 2010 at approximately 7:00 pm the victim was
walking in the 4500 block of South Claiborne Avenue when he was
approached by a group of five to seven black males. One of the black
males asked him for a sprite. The victim replied no and continued to
walk away. As the victim walked away one of the suspects sprayed him
in the face with pepper spray. The victim fell to the ground and one
the suspects removed his wallet from his pocket. The suspects fled in
an unknown direction.



The suspects were described as black males between the ages of 17 to
21 years of age. One subject was 5’11”, average build, wearing a baggy
red t-shirt, blue jeans and a corn roll hairstyle.
