Auto Burglary in the 1700 Block of Peniston

On Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at approximately 6:10 pm the victim was
sitting in her vehicle which was parked in the in the 1700 block of
Peniston. At that time a black male reached into her vehicle and
removed the victim’s wallet from her purse. After taking the victims
wallet the suspect fled on a bicycle on Baronne towards Louisiana
Avenue. Responding officers were able to apprehend Talmadge Seymour,
black male, 10-23-79 who was arrested and charged with the offense.
