On Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 9:30pm, The victim and boyfriend were
involved in a verbal altercation when the boyfriend attempted to choke
the victim with a dog leash, the victim faught him off. He then
struck the victim with a belt. Subsequently, Detectives identified the
suspect and placed a warrant out for his arrest. The suspect (Jonathan
Maxwell b/m 10-23-1984) is currently wanted for this offense.
