I only need some help with the money page:

Anyway....
I like PBwiki much more.

Can you point me to any resources for exporting/transferring Wiki
content, or did you simply copy/paste or rewrite the pages by hand?

i did it by hand.
in PBwiki, you can expost a .zip of all the info...but theres no way
to transfer from one wiki to another.
Our old wiki had different formatting than PBwiki.
