The Goal is to visit all NJ Hospitals with high rates of Cesarean Sections and Episiotomy rates and re-educate providers with evidence based care as per the World Health Organization & New Jersey Healthy People 2010 Goals to bring these hospitals from the "Worst" to the "First"!
