Now conflicts over Mahanadi downstream at delta head over water allocation

Dear All,

Conflicts over allocation of water from the Mahanadi at delta head from Cuttack to POSCO and other industries is peaking up. It has now lead to formation of MBA (Mahanadi Banchao Andolan) which is steering the protest with support coming from leaders of political parties in opposition.
