All leaderS:   it is very important and urgent that you comply with the CEC directives as sent by Mr. Eleonu.  

Time is of essence!

 And I said before elsewhere, until the NIDOA Bylaw is amended the bi-annual election SHALL take place BEFORE THE 2017 AGM IN BRAZIL PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2017.

2. Proof of remittance to your national BoD 
3. Nominees contact details  ...nominee must be an Active Member !

As at this writing, a significant majority of Chapters have not responded -- see attached tally. Please note that only chapters that have provided all of the above information by 8/19 will be programmed to receive the ballots.  NIDOA elections are electronic, as such your members correct email addresses are needed for timely delivery of the electronic ballot.
