Dear Madam PR Director and fellow Trustees:

Please see the attached NIDOA 2017 Election Guidelines.  It was drafted by Mr. Chuks Eleonu, a member of the Continental Election Committee (CEC).

The guidelines was reviewed by both the Legal Adviser Attorney Essien and the Chairman BOT.  Of course, there were consultations with other stakeholders.

IT IS IMPORTANT:

1.  To distribute and forward Guidelines to all relevant Public Relations Officer in all chapters 

2.  To distribute and forward to all members so that the Local Election Committees (LEC) can be formed promptly

3.  To urge all members to review Guidelines (special attention to the Election Dates) and Bylaws, and urge them to pay their annual dues as soon as possible.

4.  Ask members to direct all questions to the Legal Adviser, and or to the CEC at email address listed in the Guidelines.
