A couple of points:
1) The DAC vlog seems more like whistle-blowing than a formal complaint. The Board can feel blindsided all it wants, but that doesn't mean that DAC can't do what it did.
2) Yes, there are all kinds of rules protecting the rights of employees... only the DAC aren't RID employees. We don't work for the RID. RID works for us.The Board may be constrained about what they can talk about by the Bylaws. the P&P, etc.... but the membership isn't.
