Hi Stephen-

As we prepare for the Fall/Winter sailing circuit, we wanted to share with you and the Great Bay Yacht Club Laser Fleet our limited-time-only, discounted fleet sail purchase program. For orders of 5 or more ILCA Sails, we are offering a 30% discount. This Special Fleet pricing is available through December 15th. Although this promotional pricing is subject to availability, our sail loft is fully stocked, and we have more sails enroute from Europe! Price includes sail number and/or rhombus installation.  Shipping is charged at cost, and we are happy to deliver free of charge to one of our upcoming charter events.  Below is a quick breakdown of the fleet savings and please reach out to us with any questions you may have.

ILCA 7/ Mk2 (North or Hyde)     $695    $486.50

ILCA 6/ Radial (North, Hyde or Pryde)     $675   $472.50

ILCA 4/ 4.7 (Hyde or North)     $625    $437.50

FAQ’s about our special/ limited-time-only Fleet Sail Purchase Discount:

  1. If you’re wondering whether gathering a group of five or more sails qualifies as a fleet purchase, the answer is a resounding yes! And don’t worry about being a “registered fleet”—just rally your friends, family, and fellow sailors for a group purchase of 5 or more sails.
  2. To keep things hassle-free, we ask that one individual coordinate the purchase.
  3. To limit shipping costs, we strongly recommend shipping all fleet purchased sails to the individual coordinating the purchase.”
  4. We us Euro style (not digital 8s) and there’s absolutely no fee for installing sail numbers or a rhombus
  5. If you're attending one of our upcoming charter events, we are happy to deliver your sails right to you—another fantastic way to keep shipping costs down.

Best,

Brad, I want to put a spin on your “ouch.”  For me, it involves a bit of nostalgic sadness.  I think some of my most favorite sailing during the summer months over the past decade has been with the NH Seacoast fleet on Sunday’s and Wednesday’s.  It would be great to hear from others that are feeling the “ouch” and would like to rig up again in the summer of 2025, even if it is just chase-the-leader in the mouth of the river or at Rye Harbor.

Beating the proverbial dead host and paraphrasing the rightfully dethroned Lance Armstrong— “ it’s not about the bike” which I proved by my pathetic performance last Sunday in MHD with my just about new MkII sail

I echo your sentiments Jim about sailing here on the NH Seacoast when we were fortunate enough to have breeze and in the meantime we are in the BEST time of the year to sail- water is still relatively warm and there is plenty of breeze
