Hi all,
there is a new R package available called PopGenome (http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/PopGenome/PopGenome.pdf) which perhaps is of interest for most of you. I am not aware of something as comprehensive. It claims itself to be "A swiss army knife for population genetic & genomic analysis".
