秉承著淫褻及不雅物品審裁署的精神，「香港非政府淫亂及不雅物審裁署」 (Hong Kong Non-government Licentious and Indecent Tribuanl，簡稱NLIT 或「亂審署」) 應運而生，目標恰如其名就是要把所有「淫亂及不雅物品」，通過我們「亂審署」的機制，轉介給政府部門，將之繩之於法。
