1)Smaller Govt and Deficit spending - How small? They never say.
Why
don't they go ahead and publish something based in reality like a
list
of departments and personnel the intend to axe. Small except
maintaining a huge military capable of maintaining bases throughout
the known universe simultaneously. Deficits? So if the giant military
costs more than taxes collected next time they won't pass tax cuts on
top of that?


2)Oppose Govt run health care - Again WTF does that mean? Nobody is
suggesting government run health care. Providing health insurance
isn't providing the care. The most liberal plans still call for care
delivery to be private. They are dead set against something that
isn't even on the radar screen.


3)Oppose Govt energy reforms - Okay, Do they realize that a huge
chunk
of our defense budget is basically subsidizing the oil economy all on
the taxpayers dime? Besides the insane leases, subsidies, tax
incentives, etc...So it's just drill baby drill, nothing to see here.
It borders on lunacy.


4)Oppose Card check for union voting - Give me a break, needs a re-
write to be honest how about "oppose unions and the right to strike"


5)Oppose amnesty for illegals - So the small government is going to
round up tens of millions of residents and their extended families
process deport them. That should only require a new gigantic
bureaucracy, tens of billions of dollars and few decades to
accomplish.


6)Support surges in Iraq and Afghanistan - That's a deep one are you
sure?


7)Support containment of Iran - I know we could install an iron
fisted
Sunni dictator and sell him a bunch of hardware right next door in
Iraq to provide a check to Iran's power. Oh I forgot the republicans
just spent a few trillion dollars ousting that setup and installing a
Iran friendly Shiite regime.


8)Support Defense of Marriage Act - Hard to believe what adults do
with their own naughty bits would make this kind of list. Talk about
an issue that has about zero impact on anything.


9)Oppose abortion - Up in other peoples business again, small
government, freedom, liberty, and all.


10)Support Gun Rights - Okay. (But these gun fondlers who parade
around in public parks and courthouses with open carry weapons are
obviously penis deficient)
