Dear Sir,
No complaint number is getting registered when we register our complaint in BBMP Spandana Website. It seems to be it is only for name sake to fool people. And it appears to be its not working since long back due to which no complaints are getting registered. But the concern officers have been not looked into till date.
Above all God only knows whether BBMP is blindly paying to the concern vendors blindly.
Also I really don't know whether I will be able to send this mail to you sir. Hence I am ccing my mail to all my known associate members so that they will take up with the concern authorities in this regard.
I hope this mail will be addressed with the concern authorites and i will be kept informed in this regard.

Dear friends,
I have also tried to register my complaint on the website. I do agree with your response.
Please send your complaint addressed to commissioners email.
You will be able to send the mail & also you can receive response from PRO to contact particular officer.
You can caall that number who will normaly take care of our complaints.
