British rule is replaced by Home rule. British laws are changed into Indian Laws. White skinned rulers are replaced by brown skinned rulers. British laws have become Indian Laws. Administrative services are replacement to Civil Service. Indian parliament is nothing but a replica of British parliament. Indian bureaucrats wear suits and boots but only look Indians. This are only like old wine in New bottles or vice-versa. In which/what way our country is independent and different.
