Dear All,

Firstly, Wishing you all a Very Happy 72nd Independence Day!

As with every year, we had Independence Day celebrations at Bhuvanagiri Park.  The occasion was graced by many residents including Col. Lakshminarayana (Retd), past BWA Presidents Sri KJ Sethuraman, Sri Krishnappa IAS, Sri Kalegowda & Sri S.G.Ganesh.  Sri Raghuram Reddy distributed the certificate & prize to Prayag Sridhar, S/o. Dr.Sridhar for securing high marks in 2nd PUC.

Pragati Mahila Mandali members rendered wonderful patriotic songs.

BWA extends sincere thanks to everyone who attended, participated and worked hard to make this occasion a grand success.

Best Regards,

Please note
Recyclable materials are welcome. Mounded plastics can be remelted and remolded. The plastic buckets one buys are mostly from recycled plastic and not virgin plastic granules. Also too dark colored plastic buckets are made  with many times recycled materials and so dark color is added.  Plastic bags of thinner ones and upto a certain gauge thickness are not recyclable. Thin plastics in which shop keepers sell items are Not Recyclable and they will never ever degrade or disintegrate. Studies shown that such thin plastic sheets are stable even buried under earth and even at extreme temperatures of +55 and -30 C.Adding when disposed off it clogs drains and water ways and animals eat and fishes eat and gets illness or dies.
Similarly Bakelite a plastic is also non recyclable and was used decades back but not now.
Please avoid plastic bags while shopping and refuse items given shops in plastic bags.
Carry cloth or paper bags.
