Here is a suggestion for the next meeting.
Matt was asking my opinion regarding ( paraphrasing ) the use of
complex syntax to the so called dominant hemisphere and simple
suggestions to the non-dominant hemisphere.
My response is 'i dont know' and yes I have read the literature on the
models
I propose an experiment for the next meeting.
double inductions for 10 minutes per client. For right-handed people
the model is the left hemisphere is the dominant one. use complex
syntax directed into the left hemisphere and simple syntax directed to
the right hemisphere.
do this and observe the results. repeat again swapping ears and
compare the depth and rate of trance achieved.
If we stay on task there is plenty of time for a full round each, both
ways within a two hour time frame.
