Hi folks,
I hope this looks ok – it’s a posting of the page on the group that holds an interpretation of all our explorations so far. It’s a little big now so maybe a new page will be started for the next one. Anyway it’s at
if that is clickable and if not you can find it on the main page of the group.
My very best and I really enjoyed last night.

1] Form into groups of two and name one A and other B
2] A physically
attacks (a push) B and B resists A's attack - This is a gentle attack, we all
get out alive! B notices the feelings B notices before, during, and after this
attack. Repeat in slow motion if necessary to sure up what happens.
3] A attacks B again, this time B uses an Akido technique of noticing the
direction of attack and at the right moment stepping aside and helping A travel
in his direction of attack. This time B notices the change of feelings
comparted to the previous iteration. Repeat in slow motion if necessary to sure
up what happens.
4] Have B think of what phrase or word is really unpleasant for them personally
to hear. A phrase that usually can set them in a bad state.
5] A attacks B again whilst B resists and at the moment of maximum stress A
says the unpleasant phrase in the way coached by B to have most effect. B
notices the effect of the phrase B notices before, during, and after this
attack. Repeat in slow motion if necessary to sure up what happens.
6] A attacks B once more using the phrase as trained but this time B uses the Akido technique and notices the change in the effect of the phrase on their own state.
7] A uses phrase on B without attack and B notices the effect it now has compared to previously.
8] Future pace for warm fluffyness when presented with external attempt to change B state.
9] Round up talk with key phrase - thanks for sharing.

i) Get client to get into unresourceful state
ii) Trace where the feeling moves from and to with both hands
iii) Bring the feeling outside as a ball, hold in both hands
iv) Ask “What colour is your ball?”
v) Bounce the ball (stood up) with both hands
vi) Imagine a hoop, 10ft away, which has all your resources, beliefs and values.
vii) Throw the ball through the hoop.
viii) Have the ball bounce back into clients’ hands.
ix) Ask “What colour is your ball now?”
x) Repeat another 2 times – spin ball round the rim of the hoop and doubling the amount of resources, beliefs and values that it picks up. Then triple the amount on 3rd time.
xi) Bring the ball back inside and have client retrace the path of the feeling again with both hands.
xii) Test
xiii) Future pace

catalepsy while returning and associating into a pleasurable past
memory, using contingent suggestions while suggesting learning aught
to be fun and the more fun you can have the easier it is to learn and
only come back when your unconscious is ready to let you do this
bringing the good feeling back with a sense of curiosity about the
second time you will learn something new this way in the next few days

(spoken in bold)
you - "and Client name" (you do know the clients name I hope)
you - "and Client name ..... and who ...... are you .... client name" and allow the words to wash through you both.
client - client replies with (for example) "I am ...... treasure" and allow the words to wash through you both.
you - pace with "and ........ you .. are .. treasure.... " and allow the words to wash through you both.
Your job now is to find a lead for that paced identity statement..
This could work well -
you - "and .......... you have seen what it means to be worthless - and cast aside"
you - "and Client name ... who else ...... are you .... client name" and allow the words to wash through you both.
Continue maybe 10 - 15 times..
Use varied sensory words in sound, sight, feeling, smelling, taste, digest, at any opportunity. Notice with your heightened sensory acuity what you feel you should say. Your job is not to deny the clients experience (notice I said 'you have seen what it means to be' which leaves it so open to interpretation) but to expand upon it and lead it in ways that you both feel will be of use to the unconscious mind. Trust that the unconscious mind of the client will let you know what it needs to hear and will guide you through micro-modelling - to ask the best questions.
Some Possible Softeners phrases that undo the directness of comment - be creative.
Finish with a round up of how these new 'sensory' experiences can bring you to new understandings and new directions etc. etc.
Emerge from trance with good feelings flowing through your body and plesant thoughts in your mind.
Great fun and lots of learning on Monday - slightly written up as the
clicker below.
Thanks to all for being such excellent hynotherapists.
My best,
