Guys what do with builders asking 2 years advanced maintenance charges that's too on higher node (2 rs/psfit or 2.5 rs/psfit). What is the use of such high advanced maintenance charges if roughly 1/3 rd common area is developed on possession as possession is happening either tower wise or phase wise.
No club,no main pool,no other amenities etc then why advanced maintenance and why so high unjustified charges.
Builder is not ready to give break up of asked maintenance charges even asking many times,even they will not give ever.
