Delay Possession - Regular EMI's

Dear All
Anyone please help.....
Though as per Builder I was supposed to get possession in 2014, but till date No sign .... As per my bank, after 36 -48 months of taking home loan, proper EMI get started.. 48 months has already passed. Now, my proper EMI is getting started. On one side I am residing on rent and on second side this EMI.. getting difficult in paying both Rent and EMI together. Can any one advise, what to do in this scenario....
Feeling helpless.....

This is very difficult situation and not sure how to resolve this ...

Discussed with builder, bank, Gov authority but no one ready to take any action and get the solution on this ....

at the end only we buyer are getting stuck in all these issues...

everbody is facing the same problem.paying interest for the last 48month still EMI has not staryed.How long we have to wait .no response from builder side .Dr Niru

Yes this is not individual issues it's for all so here solution needs joint fight and if we will not fight then we should be blamed as well. Let's plan for action item
