We should demand an explanation and more clarity on the current situation
from the builder. This will lead to further delays (and this is not due to
socio-political reasons) and the buyers should be compensated.
I believe they might treat other towers the same way, or try to (force)
build more floors on the existing structures without further reinforcing
them. During all this time, the builder will cut off all communication with
buyers and re-establish it only when all modifications commercially suitable
to them have been done.
Ever since the resolution of NE issue, Panchsheel has not communicated with
buyers on the status of the construction. It is using all this time to adopt
and execute all modifications without buyer's consent.
Panchsheel is known for it's non-transparent work methodology. It is time we
demand an explanation from them on their execution and delivery plan post NE
issue.
